Ingredients
100g Frozen Summer (or forest) Fruits
1 teaspoon Linseeds
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Sunflower Seeds
2 teaspoon Pumpkin Seeds
1.5 Tablespoon Rolled Oats
75 ml Boiling Water (enough to soak oats & mixture)
50 ml soya milk (sweetened, such as Alpro fresh) or other type of milk
1 desert spoon maple syrup or blackcurrant jam
