His great passion is for heathly food that tastes great and is fun and easy to make. He has an interest in the wide range of natutally healthy authentic Indian cooking and its fusion with other world cuisines.
He's learnt the art of cooking from an early age, initially watching and learning from his mother and his grandmother cooking in the family kitchen.
Vision
One of Jays ambitions in life is to show the world the wonderful variety of wholesome Indian inspired fusion food. He aims to demonstrate how easy it can be to make fresh, really tasty and highly nutritious food that is inexpensive and has great health benefits.
He was brought up with traditional Gujarati style food, however travelling around the globe and especially throughout South East Asia and India he has become interested in food from around the world.
